Submission Format
Abstracts must be submitted as a single PDF or DOCX file. All text should be in English and formatted using:
- Font: Times New Roman or Calibri, size 12
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Page size: A4
Content Structure
Each abstract should contain the following sections:
- Title: Clear, concise, and free of abbreviations (maximum 20 words)
- Authors and Affiliations: List all authors in order of contribution, with institutional affiliation and country
- Background/Objective: Brief context and research question or objective
- Methods: Description of study design, population, data sources, and analysis
- Results: Key findings (include statistics where applicable)
- Conclusion: Main takeaway and implications for practice or policy
Word and File Limits
- Abstract length: 300–400 words (excluding title and references)
- Number of authors: maximum 8 authors per abstract
- References: up to 3 citations, in APA format
Eligibility and Rights
APHIC reserves the right to withdraw abstracts that are incomplete, non‑original, or violate ethical research standards. Authors retain copyright to their work; by submitting, you grant APHIC and Manuskrito a non‑exclusive license to publish and index your abstract in the conference repository and composite search system.
